I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The movers were prompt, the customer service is professional and extremely helpful. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, Graceful Moves lived up to their name, and I’m truly glad I chose them. Highly recommended!
X Van Lines LLC team showed up on time and did a great job. We had to empty our home and move everything to our garage in order to retrofit sprinklers to home. They worked fast and protected our furniture and all doorways. Much more than I expected!
The MOVERS were responsive, respectful, and READY for anything. Communication was clear from the start, and they followed through on every promise. Items were protected and moved efficiently. Great vibes, great service. Five-star all day.
I sure wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mr. Barnes stepped up and offered his and his company services to a veteran in need. They were courteous, professional and willing to help in any way they could. Thank you to X Van Lines LLC. You are the best of the best. It was not an easy, clean job, but the crew do everything they could to protect the veterans' items and take care of business.
The company went out of their way to free up a third truck and get it to the storage facility fast so we could turn the keys back in and close the account. The six young men assigned to move our home were very hard working and careful. They delivered everything with care and right on schedule so the final bill was exactly what I expected. They even cleaned up most of the furniture wraps and tape, which showed respect for our home. No scratches or any broken items too. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for your next move!
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! I have used them before and was completely satisfied with the service. This time was no different. The team showed up and got the job done very quickly. They were respectful and pleasant. Taking a brief moment to introduce themselves was a nice touch. No damage was done to walls or floors. I would definitely recommend this company.
It's not easy to find movers who can react quickly and professionally to your needs, but I had a great experience with this crew. They were able to schedule my move in a short timeframe, they showed up on time, and they did a fine job packing. The actual move to a storage facility was smooth too. I even had a piano and a heavy marble top in the mix, which was no problem.
