Very grateful and thankful for X Van Lines LLC !! I received a quote no less than 24hrs. Very professional and reasonable services were provided for me. Even with my last minute add on services that were offered and provided. A TRUE five-star experience!
My studio apartment was cleared and delivered in hours. The team made sure every single box was handled gently. They took time with the details and didn’t cut corners. Communication was steady the whole day. Every item was in perfect shape upon arrival. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly. A TRUE five-star experience!

They immediately impressed me by the questions they asked, their thoroughness, and awareness. I work in sales, and I always like to see how different companies go about their business. What I liked about Best CA movers is that they that truly earned my business, and gave me a fair market price. Fast forward to my move yesterday, and wow, Bob and Ali blew me away! They were on time, communicated well, and moved quickly. I didn’t have a ton to move, but the process went so smooth. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC, and would use them again!

Skilful Crew
Labeling, wrapping, sorting—it all happened quickly but precisely. They brought their own system and made sure I understood it too. I never had to wonder where anything went. The clarity made unpacking easy. I felt organized for once. Their attention to the little things really stood out. It was smooth from start to finish.

EXCELLENT job guys
When I saw these movers arrive, I knew I was in good hands. They showed up on time, ready to go, and full of energy. They were careful yet efficient, striking the perfect balance. The way they communicated with me was EXCELLENT. Not a single item was scratched or damaged. They truly made my day less stressful.

Best Movers
Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!

The crew was absolutely amazing
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This company was fantastic to work with. I called 3 other companies and this one was the only one who personally came out to our house for a quote. The crew was absolutely amazing. All of them were so personable and handled our stuff with such care. Hopefully I won't be moving anytime soon, but I would definitely hire them again.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

Reliable Help
From booking to moving day, the experience was hassle-free. The movers were well-trained and very careful with packing and loading the truck. Even the toughest items were moved without any issues. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a move.
