Extremely impressed with how the team took care of all my furniture and personal items. The moving estimate was accurate, and everything arrived without a scratch. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a residential move.
The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
Gary, Aidan and Matt did an excellent job moving my belongings from a second floor storage unit. Gary led the team and had a strategic plan to get the job done efficiently, while making sure everything was moved safely. These guys hustled, running back and forth from unit to elevator. All were very polite and respectful. This is the second time I have used this company and will recommend to family and friends.
Transporting valuable artwork, including framed paintings and sculptures, required special handling, which the movers delivered. They used custom crates for fragile pieces and ensured everything was well-protected. Every item arrived in perfect condition.
From booking my move over the phone, to the follow up inventory call and scheduling, to the actual move…everything was professional and stress free. Mike and Noor were excellent movers. They worked quickly, quietly and treated all my belongings with care. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. They made my move so easy.
I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.
Phenomenal Service! I moved from Dallas to Denton. Ethan and Raymond were AMAZING! They were quick, efficient, and most importantly courteous of all of my belongings. All of my furniture and items were delivered in the same condition that they were picked up in. Ethan and Ray made sure to carefully wrap all of my furniture and breakable items to ensure all items were well taken care of during the move. Moved my mom from Selah to Springdale. Was very professional, respectful and patient. Took care of treating valuables with extra care. All her items that were very important were handled with extra care. All items made it to the destination in perfect condition and in timely manner. We highly value and recommend this company to everyone.
Relocating to a larger apartment in the same city was an exciting but overwhelming task. The moving crew showed up right on time and immediately started packing up the home. They took extra care with fragile items and were very respectful of both the old and new properties. They worked quickly but never rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything arrived safely, and they even helped me organize some of the boxes inside the new apartment.
