We are really overwhelmed about our new house and they made it so much easier. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Everything was nicely packed and they helped us place our stuff propertly. Very good communication, no item was damaged. They were delicate and professional with all items, especially our electronics. You’re in good hands.

Good Job
Recently had a long distance move to Tennessee and cant recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Worked with Tyler for planning and he was super responsive and helped us all throughout the move. Kevin helped load, drive and unload and was amazing to work with. We had gotten quotes from just about every big moving company in the area and X Van Lines LLC was the best to work with.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

They were on time and completed a challenging move.
They were on time and completed a challenging move. They disassembled and packed all the furniture , made sure no furniture or any part of the home were damaged and were always willing to listen to our requests. Likewise at the destination, they made sure everything was put together neatly without any damages. Overall a pleasure to work with and would be referring them to any friends or family if they need movers.

Total peace of mind
Moving day arrived, and the crew came ready with solutions, not just muscle. They anticipated tight corners and stairs. Their route planning alone saved time. Every question I had was met with clear answers. They respected my space and time. That kind of professionalism is rare. Total peace of mind.

Fantastic crew
My experience with this crew was fantastic. They didn’t just show up and toss things around—they had a system. Boxes were stacked carefully, and fragile items were separated. Every request I had was met with a smile. Moving can be tough, but they made it feel light. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend!
They were all happy as a lark and very, very helpful. I highly recommend this company. If you have a big stressful move they really have helped alleviate the stress they packed individually. And make sure nothing got broken. Also, the owner knows people who can help you hang your TVs and Handyman. Great bunch of people wonderful people highly recommend!

From the initial phone call to the final unload at my new home, the team was professional, friendly, and exceptionally efficient. The moving crew arrived on time on moving day, ready to get to work. They clearly communicated their plan for the day, and took less time than I expected to pack, load, and unload everything. No items were damaged or lost, which is a huge relief! Overall, I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for anyone planning a move. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future!

It was a great experience working with X Van Lines LLC. The firm is very professional, provides detailed estimate prior to the move and kept me updated in the process. No hidden cost. The three movers led by Oleg arrived on time, very propositional and paid attention to details. They carefully wrapped everything, didn’t damage anything (including the moved items and anything in my from and to houses). I’m very grateful for their great job and will definitely refer the firm to my family and friends.
