Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, didn't balk about moving arcade style pinball machine, regulation air hockey table, oversized massage chair, or big stereo. X Van Lines LLC has been a pleasure to work with. Up until the move and even getting all of my moving supplies from them, they have been great. This crew came to our house today and packed us up very quickly and efficiently, as well as packed up our storage unit. They were so nice and easy to work with and priced very well. Antique rugs that have been passed down for generations required delicate handling, and the movers did a fantastic job. They rolled and packed each rug with the utmost care, ensuring no fraying or damage. Unrolling them in the new house felt like magic!

What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
I MUST share my experience dealing with X Van Lines LLC . Not only was each mover/packer exceptional, the materials used were impressive. These aren’t cheap boxes ladies/gents! I dealt a lot with the CEO, Sharon who is one outstanding individual. He is a honest, caring and one fantastic man which I have had the pleasure of meeting. He took care of the move of my mom from MD to NC, and assisted with the move from one NC house to another. His pricing was more than fair, his trucks clean with their insignia clearly marked along with each packet/mover with the insignia marked on their shirts. The furniture was blanketed and wrapped to cause no damage, grandfather clock dismantled and packed so carefully. The movers/packers were MORE than gracious when shifting around furniture/boxes. If you’re looking to move, I can HONESTLY say without ANY reservations, contact X Van Lines LLC. You will NOT be disappointed! I am SO impressed! Moving is stressful enough, but they honestly do take care of your possessions. I seriously could go on and on about how wonderful this move was! Thank you for your time!
