Labeling, wrapping, sorting—it all happened quickly but precisely. They brought their own system and made sure I understood it too. I never had to wonder where anything went. The clarity made unpacking easy. I felt organized for once. Their attention to the little things really stood out. It was smooth from start to finish.
They are very fast, come equipped with all sorts of package covers, wrapping tape, etc. They are very precise with time too, felt like they always had my best interests in mind. The movers are very polite, they put down some walkway at the new apartment to keep things clean and would remove shoes when stepping on rugs and such. Overall was extremely satisfied with my service! Worth the money.
I underestimated how much I had, but the crew didn’t blink. They quickly assessed the load and adjusted the plan. Everything fit in one truck, surprisingly. They were calm and collected the whole time. That made me feel calm, too. I’ve never seen a team work so well together. Truly a great moving day!
These movers came READY. Blankets, straps, dollies—you name it. Their system was so efficient I barely had to lift a finger. They kept the vibe light and the pace steady. Nothing was left behind or misplaced. Everything ended up right where I wanted. Total professionals.
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. My husband and I both have had a stressful move, this was the final step of our process so we appreciate these awesome respectful and kind guys.
