Movers packed up our entire kitchen faster than I pack a suitcase. Glass, dishes, spices, everything was wrapped and labeled better than I ever could’ve done. Unpacking was actually easy. That kind of efficiency is worth every dollar.
X Van Lines LLC made for my move easy and stress-free. What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. The team showed up on time, they wrapped and protected all my furniture and fragile items properly and had all supplies needed. The movers were polite, hard‑working, and really knew how to handle tricky items (like my large bookshelf and my epoxy patio set). Everything was unloaded and placed where I requested.
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
The crew for my move was Lathiel, Chris, and Ovlan. The move was seamless and efficient. The crew was courteous and took well care of my possessions while moving. Thank you so much for an excellent experience, I would choose the X Van Lines LLC again!

From the moment we hired X Van Lines LLC to help pack our U-Haul for our move to Iowa, I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up having more stuff that anticipated and, despite working long days, the team ended up taking such a load off my my plate and treated my furniture like it was their own. They were so careful and packed our U-Haul to maximize every square inch. The owners even came to ensure that the team was taken care of, which says a lot about the owners. We had a quick turnaround commercial job that we had to manage remotely. The team did a fantastic job and our client was extremely happy with the outcome. George did a fantastic job setting everything up for success and Robert the onsite Team Lead made sure everything was executed flawlessly—the team worked hard!
