They’re also extremely responsive with respect to providing COI’s and updating inventory even up until the night before. My move was done in 1 day, and the quote I received from intense movers was SUBSTANTIALLY less than other movers. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and this is definitely the way to go for any NYC move!
The crew showed up ahead of schedule, which was such a great start. They handled all of my furniture with so much care, while also working quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t believe the whole move was wrapped up in under three hours, it was by far the fastest and smoothest move I’ve ever had. We moved from a place where there was road construction nearby that made it difficult to access. In order to get our belongings out securely, the movers worked with the construction team to set up a temporary access route. When we thought the transfer would be difficult, their willingness to adjust to the circumstances and find solutions made it possible.
