Moving day used to scare me—but NOT THIS TIME! The CREW made sure every item was packed tightly and transported safely. No scratches, no delays, no stress! They even helped place the rugs. Truly a CLASS ACT from start to finish.
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
So incredibly grateful for X Van Lines LLC! We needed a couch moved out of our upstairs loft, and they were able to get to us super promptly and totally saved the day! Vincent and Gavin were so nice, and very quick and efficient. DEFINITELY recommend!!
X Van Lines LLC were great! they were super polite, nice, very efficient, and quick with moving stuff out of our old place and into our new place! i chose them for my last move as well, they also wrap your furniture up before they load it into the truck and are careful moving our belongings. their prices are reasonable and it is worth every penny if you’re moving! i recommend them to all my friends and family, they will always be my first choice when it comes to moving
I couldn't believe how easy the entire process was at Car Dome Auto Sales. Moe ensured that all of the documentation was complete and that there were no surprises when it came time to sign. Everything was transparent, from the cost to the loan terms. Moe's quickness saved me a lot of time and made the entire experience delightful. I was in and out of my new automobile in no time.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Fantastic service! The team was on time, efficient, helpful, kind, and enjoyable to work with. They look an hour less time than I thought, brought their own tools and helped me take things out of the walls, hooked up my washer for me, asked me to confirm where everything goes, and nothing ended up broken. I am a single lady and I also really appreciated that no one made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone was friendly, conversational, and had a great attitude the whole move.
X Van Lines brought an unmatched level of energy and focus to the job. From the first box to the last piece of furniture, they stayed on top of everything. They worked efficiently while still being incredibly careful with my belongings. It was clear they took pride in their work, and that made all the difference in my moving experience.
Upon arrival the movers were on time and friendly. They immediately got to work professionally disassembling and wrapping all of my furniture in wraps and cloth. They literally rolled out a red carpet so that they don't track dirt in and out of the home (pictured). Ultimately I had a great experience in the move! None of my furniture was damaged and was placed in pristine condition in my new home. We finished at the quoted time and came in at the bottom of the quoted range for cost. I spoke with Nikki afterwards and she was able to support me during and after the move with the highest level of customer experience I have experienced with a moving company. A+++ Service, Customer Service, and Costs. Would HIGHLY recommend considering X Van Lines LLC for your next move. I've already shared with my friends and family!
These guys are great! On time, professional, hardworking, and courteous. We appreciated their good attitudes and excellent customer service. We would strongly recommend this moving company for any of our future moving needs.
