Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
From my first interaction with their office staff, I knew this was a well-run company. The quote was clear, fair, and free of hidden charges. On moving day, the crew was punctual and well-organized. They handled my property with genuine care, ensuring nothing was scratched or misplaced. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a professional moving experience.
They were careful and took their time, and yet, they also didn’t waste any time! Additionally, they were really friendly and upbeat! X Van Lines LLC gets 5 stars from me. Cruz and Ronnie were excellent, nice guys too. They worked very hard and efficient. They took great care of my items. They worked above and beyond their job. They broke down a bed in my new house to replace it with my bed. I will recommend 5 Star moving time and time again. The office staff was nice and helpful. The price was more than reasonable,
Moving day used to scare me—but NOT THIS TIME! The CREW made sure every item was packed tightly and transported safely. No scratches, no delays, no stress! They even helped place the rugs. Truly a CLASS ACT from start to finish.
