Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!

The crew of 3 I had today were phenomenal! I thought it would take much longer than it did. I had to keep pushing the date back and added on trash removal last minute when they arrived. Every piece of furniture, from my couch and bed to delicate glass items, was wrapped and handled with real care. They were incredibly efficient but never rushed, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. What really impressed me was how friendly and calm they stayed the entire time, even when dealing with stairs and heavy boxes. They also helped with packing and labeling everything neatly, which made unpacking so much easier later. Nothing was damaged or lost, everything arrived perfectly at the new place.
X Van Lines saved me last minute when the company I booked just didn't respond. They came at a day notice and had even offered storage until I find a new place. The crew was polite and friendly and their manager Tony handled everything beautifully! If you need an honest moving company look no further!
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
I couldn’t be more PLEASED with how well this move went! The movers showed professionalism and skill with every box and piece of furniture. They made sure nothing shifted during transport. The teamwork between them was OUTSTANDING. Everything was completed on schedule too. Absolutely FIVE STARS in my book!
