The moving crew from X Van Lines greeted me with smiles and clarity. Every step of the process was communicated well. They worked in sync with one another from start to finish. X Van Lines made it feel easy, even enjoyable. My furniture and boxes arrived just as they left. I was thrilled with the results.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
Finding a new place to call home was a thrilling adventure. The moving team was exceptional, handling all aspects with care. They ensured everything was organized, making unpacking a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
They moved everything super quickly and made sure it was all protected and came in undamaged. They even fixed some furniture that was damaged prior to their arrival. Safe to say they made our move as seamless as possible and left everything in a better condition than what it was originally. This is my second move with X Van Lines LLC and will use them for the next one as well!
The movers worked quickly but always with caution. I felt like my things were in good hands the entire time. Fragile pieces were handled perfectly. Heavy furniture was moved without a scratch. The delivery was smooth and exactly on time. I’d recommend them to anyone.
they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)
I couldn't believe how easy the entire process was at Car Dome Auto Sales. Moe ensured that all of the documentation was complete and that there were no surprises when it came time to sign. I couldn’t be more PLEASED with how well this move went! The movers showed professionalism and skill with every box and piece of furniture. They made sure nothing shifted during transport. Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
