They worked efficiently while still being incredibly careful with my belongings. It was clear they took pride in their work, and that made all the difference in my moving experience.
I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.
From booking to moving day, the experience was hassle-free. The movers were well-trained and very careful with packing and loading the truck. Even the toughest items were moved without any issues. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a move.
Scheduling was easy and communication leading up to the move was consistent. Walkthroughs were done without delays. SO PROFESSIONAL it honestly surprised me. Crew members wore gloves, used floor protection, and stayed focused. Even helped move a heavy old safe. Absolute five-star service. Everything done right.
They were extremely quick, respectful, and careful with my stuff. There were zero issues with any aspect of the move. The whole process was done within just an hour and a half. My girlfriend has moved with X Van Lines LLC five times. We won’t be using anyone else!
I can’t recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Rodney and Al were our moving crew and they were incredible. Super courteous, friendly, and just genuinely good guys - exactly the kind of people you want helping you during a stressful move. The team prior to the move was super communicative, transparent about pricing and gave us a great deal for everything they provided. They worked FAST but still treated everything with care, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Honestly, they made the whole experience smooth and way less stressful than I expected.
We had a move last week. three very competent men showed up and did a very good job. We had no damage and the move was completed in one day. Plus they were very friendly and helpful. They even went out of the way to get my elliptical exercise machine up some very difficult stairs. Was greatly appreciated.
