The team was exceptionally organized and moved with military-like precision. Every item was padded, packed, and placed with absolute care. They treated my antique dresser like a museum piece. crew were amazing! They are true moving professionals. They got to work as soon as they arrived, packaging and wrapping everything carefully and efficiently. This is our firs time hiring movers, but if we ever need to move again, we will look no further than X Van Lines LLC. Service was five starts and the price was fair. of scheduling. One thing I'd suggest, is that if you have multiple stops in your move, review the order of stops with the moving crew the day of the move. There was a bit of a mix-up with the order of our stops.
Our family move couldn't have gone better. The crew arrived early, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. Martin carefully wrapped antique furniture, Albert secured electronics properly, and Joseph organized the truck so everything fit perfectly. They never wasted time yet remained patient whenever we had questions. By the end of the day, every item was delivered safely, assembled where needed, and placed exactly where we wanted. It was one of the easiest moving experiences we've ever had.
Discovered these guys through their very savvy social media marketing and great tongue in cheek branding. Happy to report their service matched their marketing. Efficient, pleasant and made an expected stressful day of moving a little less so. Tony their lead was accommodating and took care to get the team to work as efficiently as possible.
They were very attentive to our belongings, very respectful, and it was obvious that they love working together! I truly don’t have a negative thing to say! They were on time, wrapped anything that needed to be protected, and took so many trips up and down stairs to get everything where it needed to be. They helped us reassemble our bed with no hesitation, and even helped us place heavy curb ramps on the driveway.
My studio apartment was cleared and delivered in hours. The team made sure every single box was handled gently. They took time with the details and didn’t cut corners. Communication was steady the whole day. Every item was in perfect shape upon arrival. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly. A TRUE five-star experience!
The best part about this move was how stress-free it felt. The crew didn’t complain about the heavy lifting or stairs. They just got the job done with a smile. That’s rare these days. Five out of five.
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
They are the best of the best which is why we give them a 10+ rating! Very polite, curtious and dedicated to ensuring our items we're handled with care & precision! Everything arrived safely & undamaged. Their team work is remarkable and were more concerned with ensuring our concerns & needs were met above and beyond. We will certainly use X Van Lines LLCagain!!
INCREDIBLE work ethic from this group of movers! They didn’t waste a minute but never rushed fragile items. My heavy furniture was wrapped and lifted with ease. Their COMMUNICATION throughout made me feel confident. I couldn’t have asked for better service. FIVE STARS for sure!
