Joao, Cesar, and Gabriel did so well helping move ALL of my stuff from my place in Rockville to Columbia. They were so quick, and polite! They had great energy the whole time even though it was a long process. Reliability goes a long way and I will definitely be calling them again in the future. They even set up my furniture and helped me figure out what pieces looked good/ made the most sense in the space and where. Please use them as your moving services!!

Careful Packing
Extremely impressed with how the team took care of all my furniture and personal items. The moving estimate was accurate, and everything arrived without a scratch. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a residential move.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

The communication from beginning to end was amazing
The communication from beginning to end was amazing with the staff members over the phone, helping me answer all my questions , to the driver’s and movers calling and checking in. The gentleman that helped me this time around were respectful and treated my belongings like their belongings. They were friendly, professional, and help me problem solve on best ways to pack my storage I was moving into. I’m definitely looking forward to using the service again when me and my fiancé move into our home. Thank yall so much !

Dependable movers
This team really impressed me with their attitude. They didn’t just move boxes—they made sure everything was where I wanted it. They respected my time and my belongings, which means a lot. I felt completely at ease during the move. It’s rare to find service this dependable.

Flawless Move!!!
I’ve had BAD experiences with movers before, but this team restored my faith! They showed up on time, packed everything meticulously, and even disassembled and reassembled my furniture FLAWLESSLY! Their hard work and dedication made my moving day a breeze!

FANTASTIC service!
They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!

They’re also extremely responsive
They’re also extremely responsive with respect to providing COI’s and updating inventory even up until the night before. My move was done in 1 day, and the quote I received from intense movers was SUBSTANTIALLY less than other movers. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and this is definitely the way to go for any NYC move!

Superb Efficiency
Moving is always stressful, but knowing I had a reliable and trustworthy team made all the difference. They showed up exactly when they said they would and took charge of the entire process. The movers communicated with me every step of the way and even asked for my feedback to ensure everything was up to my standards. They took special care with my belongings, particularly the fragile items, which I greatly appreciated. I felt at ease knowing they had everything under control. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving team they can trust.

Let me tell y’all something. These guys? AWESOME! If I’m in the area I will use them again. Extremely fair pricing, great speed, they made it look easy! They were on time, kept good documentation, made sure the TV survived the trip. Fantastic experience.
