The guys were friendly, quick, and super careful. They made sure every box landed in the right room, making it the easiest moving day I’ve ever had.
They’re also extremely responsive with respect to providing COI’s and updating inventory even up until the night before. My move was done in 1 day, and the quote I received from intense movers was SUBSTANTIALLY less than other movers. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and this is definitely the way to go for any NYC move!
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
My experience with X Van Lines LLC was excellent! Bryan and Danny showed up exactly when they said they would, took excellent care of some very heavy and awkward pieces as well as some antiques, wrapping and securing them well in transit. I was very impressed with their ability to get so much done in so short a time and they even helped disassemble a couple extra things that we had not discussed. I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Very professional!

They called in advance on the day of our move letting us know they could come slightly earlier if that worked for us which was great. When they arrived they planned out the most efficient way to offload our truck and made us feel very comfortable. They made sure to respect all of our belongings and were great for conversation along the way. Highly recommend this company and these two skilled individuals for a swift and easy moving experience!
The two guys came on time, spent a couple hours carefully packing numerous pieces of a delicate antique Italian marble communion railing, and left for Orlando within an hour or two. They were very courteous, polite, discrete and attentive. I have used your company for many years, and am so happy I chose you to handle this delicate move for us. Thnx.
Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. Fernando and crew did an outstanding job with our move! We had a ton of boxes, crates and furniture, and they handled everything carefully and worked efficiently. They made sure everything was set up how we wanted it. They finished the job quicker than anticipated as well. This was our second time using X Van Lines LLC and would definitely recommend!
