From my first interaction with their office staff, I knew this was a well-run company. The quote was clear, fair, and free of hidden charges. On moving day, the crew was punctual and well-organized. They handled my property with genuine care, ensuring nothing was scratched or misplaced. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a professional moving experience.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
They gave me the BEST moving experience of my life. Truly so helpful, so fast, and I am now able to just focus on intentionally unboxing! Honestly, any and every move will now be with X Van Lines LLC
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
This moving company took the stress out of relocating. They packed everything efficiently and handled my fragile items with extra care. My furniture arrived without any damage, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted. An outstanding job!
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! They moved everything super quickly and made sure it was all protected and came in undamaged. They even fixed some furniture that was damaged prior to their arrival. Safe to say they made our move as seamless as possible and left everything in a better condition than what it was originally. This is my second move with X Van Lines LLC and will use them for the next one as well!
The movers were awesome! In spite of the very cold whether they were still very efficient, communicative, and courteous. Customer Service was excellent as well. I was having a bit of stress getting my new home ready and preparing to move. My brother recommended Great Movers as they did an excellent job with his move a while back. He told me that the least stressful part will be the actual moving with the movers and he was so right. I highly recommend using this company.
We had a very pleasant experience with Mark and his interaction with us and although we're no longer moving, wish we hired them if we decided to move. All in all, if anyone wishes to work with highly rated X Van Lines LLC who are punctual, follow up with great detail and have the best prices (flat rate if moving long distance), I would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC
