crew were EXCELLENT!! Great communication. Mike loaded up the items from my storage unit in Florida and brought them to me in NC! He provided photo/videos of anything damaged by previous movers, tracking, and timely arrival. What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
Moving to a rural farmhouse with tricky dirt roads was no issue for this team. They handled the terrain and delivered everything safely, including farm equipment. Great service for rural and remote area moves.

Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.

At our new home, they unloaded and even helped arrange rooms as we had envisioned. The entire team was friendly, reliable, and professional. It was clear they took pride in their work, and it showed in the quality of their service.
Took off their gloves before handling light-colored fabric. AMAZING! No dirty marks or smudges. They knew exactly what to watch for.
Moved my mom from Selah to Springdale. Was very professional, respectful and patient. Took care of treating valuables with extra care. All her items that were very important were handled with extra care. All items made it to the destination in perfect condition and in timely manner. We highly value and recommend this company to everyone.
