There aren't any hidden expenses or holding our items as leverage to get more, and he was a man of his word. When they unloaded the truck, they asked where we wanted the furniture pieces, and they assembled our bed and mattress, which was awesome after a long day. They were professional, efficient, and friendly, even after working non-stop for 7 hours. These guys are extremely hard workers. They went above and beyond by getting creative when we realized my bed frame wouldn't fit through the stairs case. They moved a ton of furniture from a 4 bedroom house and everything arrived in one piece. I would highly recommend, and will hire them again!
X Van Lines LLC was fantastic from start to finish. They were completely up front with their charges and gave me a maximum out of pocket, which they didn't reach. They were careful with all our stuff. They packed everything meticulously for us. And then they were great about putting everything exactly where we wanted. I have moved many many times throughout my life and X Van Lines LLC was the absolute best experience I've ever had.

A scientific research project necessitated a relocation, and the moving team was exceptional. They handled sensitive equipment and materials with the utmost care. Their attention to detail ensured that everything arrived safely. Deep gratitude for their support and professionalism during this important endeavor!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
They showed up early and got straight to work without wasting time. My furniture was handled like it was their own. The whole process went smoother than I expected. I’m so glad I chose them.
