X Van Lines saved me last minute when the company I booked just didn't respond. They came at a day notice and had even offered storage until I find a new place. The crew was polite and friendly and their manager Tony handled everything beautifully! If you need an honest moving company look no further!

I am so happy I chose X Van Lines LLC. Chris and Chambers were our movers and they were so helpful from the very moment they got there. They had all of the tools needed to get the job done. They wrapped all of our furniture so that it wouldn’t get damaged. They were very fast and efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would. They do not disappoint! X Van Lines LLC has been a pleasure to work with. Up until the move and even getting all of my moving supplies from them, they have been great. This crew came to our house today and packed us up very quickly and efficiently, as well as packed up our storage unit. They were so nice and easy to work with and priced very well. Looking forward to them helping us settle into our new home tomorrow.
It’s rare to find a moving company that actually CARES about your belongings! These movers treated my furniture like their own, ensuring everything was protected and arrived safely! They even took time to check with me before placing each piece in my new home! Unbelievable attention to detail!
Relocating from a small apartment into a bigger house was made much easier by the team. They were courteous, fast, and handled all items with care. The move went faster than anticipated, and everything was in place at the new home.
The morning started hectic, but X Van Lines instantly brought calm to the situation. They packed the last few items I hadn’t gotten to, wrapped every chair and table, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. It felt less like hiring strangers and more like having friends help me out.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
The guys were not only super efficient, but super friendly. They took great care of our stuff during the move. The price was very reasonable. Fantastic experience! Would definitely use them again!
