Team leader knew exactly what to do—and led with calm authority. Everyone followed suit. They handled tight spaces like magic and still kept things protected. Every item arrived perfectly. I was STUNNED at how efficient it all felt. TOTAL pros.
they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!

On moving day, Paul and his team were efficient, kind, and extremely careful. They disassembled items, packed what we hadn’t finished, and wrapped everything with great care. Two team members drove the trucks to South Carolina and unloaded everything the very next day. The pricing was very fair, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
We have used X Van Lines LLC multiple times for our personal moves as well as our Businesses. They have great customer service and take care of you! If something gets damaged or broken, they will take care of it. Purchase the insurance! Highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do X Van Lines LLC will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. The service we received was better than I could have ever imagined it would be. We’ve already recommended them to other people. They were the nicest group of guys. They were punctual to both pick up locations. It was amazing to watch them work together as a team. The crew was jolly and truly came across that they were there to help because they wanted to not because they were earning a pay check. Not one thing was lost or broken. When they left it felt like friends were leaving not a crew that was hired. When we move again in about a year we will definitely call X Van Lines LLC and request the same crew.
