From start to finish, Mom and I were both so impressed with the service. Starting with Graham providing us with an estimate and walking us through the process of what to expect, to the confirmation of details the day before, down to the day of the move - the entire process went smoothly and couldn't have been any better. Many, many thanks to Nolan and his crew. They were professional, friendly, patient and oh-so-helpful with my Mom. They were incredibly efficient and moved not only my my Mom's items but items from her house to my place including a jukebox and grandfather clock - no small feat! Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
The day I moved LA had rare torrential rain, but you wouldn't know it was unpleasant because the guys all kept it light hearted and there was plenty of laughter too. Thank you to Jairo, Kevin and Elizar for an easy, quick and professional move!
My cross-borough move was exceptionally smooth! Josh the foreman and the other mover were great - they were quick, adaptable, careful, and kept all the items in great condition. Couldn't have asked for a simpler move. X Van Lines LLC was also very flexible regarding dates and times, which I appreciated.

When one large item on our moving list was accidentally missed, they immediately took responsibility and brought it over on a separate trip as soon as the oversight was realized. What an outstanding moving experience! The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. Everything was packed and loaded with great efficiency and precision.
