I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.
What stood out to me most was how communicative the movers were. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even the heaviest furniture was moved without complaint or damage. They seemed to take pride in their work, which I respected. Everything was unloaded in an organized way. It was a five-star service from start to finish.
I was relocating my home office and worried about my tech setup. They asked which cables needed special care. My monitors, printers, and speakers were wrapped individually. Each cord went into a labeled bag. I didn’t lose a single adapter. Everything worked right after the move. That kind of accuracy deserves real credit. I could start work immediately.
Very communicative and flexible, Tad was very easy to work with in the lead up to the move. On the day, Ivan and the other guy were great, they did a thorough job of wrapping up my large items and protecting them, and then pulled some Tetris magic getting everything to fit into my storage unit. Very grateful to the team at X Van Lines LLC. Third time using them and certainly not the last!
Packing and moving a complete nursery, including cribs and toys, was done with exceptional care. Each item was handled thoughtfully, ensuring no damage occurred. Everything was set up just as before. Great for families needing a smooth transition.
Very communicative and very professional. Make sure to read everything. I did not and had to opt into having them pack my TVs. Not bad price. $50 each TV and they are liable for them. Reasonably priced as well.
They are the best of the best which is why we give them a 10+ rating! Very polite, curtious and dedicated to ensuring our items we're handled with care & precision! Dmitrii, Viktor and Andrew did a great job moving all of our furniture and packed boxes! They were very careful with wrapping our furniture and packing everything in the truck efficiently. We used X Van Lines LLC last time and will do so again next time.
They were very attentive to our belongings, very respectful, and it was obvious that they love working together! I truly don’t have a negative thing to say! They were on time, wrapped anything that needed to be protected, and took so many trips up and down stairs to get everything where it needed to be. They helped us reassemble our bed with no hesitation, and even helped us place heavy curb ramps on the driveway.
