Moving nightmare

What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.

Highly recommend these guys!!

Their pricing is extremely fair for the quality of work they do. I had several items moved by them last week and everything went absolutely perfect! They let me know an hour before they were going to arrive and got it done way faster than I expected. Travis and Roddy were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend these guys!!

Outstanding Performance

During a major home renovation, we had to temporarily relocate everything, and this team managed the complex situation flawlessly. They packed our furniture and belongings with care, then safely stored it all for several months. Once the renovation was complete, they coordinated the return, unpacking everything as smoothly as the first time. The movers took extra precautions to ensure nothing was damaged during storage, which was a big relief. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. This was our first time hiring movers! 10/10 recommend hiring movers and X Van Lines LLC is the best! I called so many different moving companies, thunder moving was the best price and their team was amazing! We had Brandon and Leo, they were quick and hard workers! They loaded the truck with great work! They asked questions to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and did everything with a smile on their faces even in the brutal heat!
