Moving to a rural farmhouse with tricky dirt roads was no issue for this team. They handled the terrain and delivered everything safely, including farm equipment. Great service for rural and remote area moves.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
I called X Van Lines after my original movers bailed, and they picked up like it was no big deal. They squeezed me in for the next day and showed up early with all the gear. These guys worked fast but were super careful with every item. They wrapped furniture I forgot to prep and packed the truck like puzzle masters. I expected stress, but they kept it cool and upbeat. Felt like they had my back the whole time. Seriously grateful for the rescue.
Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do X Van Lines LLC will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. I love my friends and family at X Van Lines LLC. They are the best !
Keith and Jimmy came to our residence and packed up our furniture and other belongings and carefully stored them. Two days later when it was time to put them back and unpack, they did so with great care. Most importantly because they proactively took pictures, they were able to put every single item (small and large) back in its original place. Very professional duo. Will definitely use them again for any type of residential move.
They showed up on time didn’t stop until the job was 100% complete. The guys were top of the line employees I was able to trust them 100%. They disassembled everything and reassembled everything back exactly how where before. They put everything in place and made sure nothing was done wrong. Brandon is definitely an amazing crew leader and he parked the big truck between my boat and tree like a pro!! Kadin and Christian hustled and were on top of everything Brandon needed. I’m VERYYYY OCD and A controlling freak and the crew made me so comfortable and that’s usually impossible to do. The guys are definitely top of the line employees and deserve top pay!!
Truly IMPRESSIVE movers! My workout equipment was packed and moved without a hitch. The crew was positive and helpful the entire time. They worked together so well. Communication was clear and timely. Delivery was smooth and organized. Fantastic work!
Took off their gloves before handling light-colored fabric. AMAZING! No dirty marks or smudges. They knew exactly what to watch for.
Their pricing is extremely fair for the quality of work they do. I had several items moved by them last week and everything went absolutely perfect! They let me know an hour before they were going to arrive and got it done way faster than I expected. Travis and Roddy were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend these guys!!
