I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.
Moving for the first time can be overwhelming, but this crew made it a breeze! They were incredibly organized and had all the right supplies ready. Their attention to detail ensured that every item was handled with care. I appreciated their friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions. They even offered helpful tips for settling in. By the end of the day, I felt at home in my new space. I highly recommend their services to anyone planning a move!
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. SO grateful for this company! The 3-man crew were super friendly, chill, and professional. They followed my color-coding system perfectly and handled everything with care. We were out of our old and into our new house in 6 hours!! Talk about speed! Highly recommend!
