such a great job with our recent move
X Van Lines LLC did such a great job with our recent move! When we first scheduled the move and up until when they were confirming right before, the office was very nice and always helpful! Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew . We will definitely call again for future moves!

Excellent job
X Van Lines brought an unmatched level of energy and focus to the job. From the first box to the last piece of furniture, they stayed on top of everything. They worked efficiently while still being incredibly careful with my belongings. It was clear they took pride in their work, and that made all the difference in my moving experience.

Really happy with my experience.
Great experience. Was moving from Atlanta to Houston, and had a tight schedule where I needed my things picked up at a date/time, and dropped off in a certain amount of time. I looked into a couple of national companies, but they always had a variable schedule for pickup and drop off. This company packed up all my stuff the day before, picked it up the next morning, and had it in Houston the next day. Steve and Allen worked their butts off, as you can see from the sweat in the picture, and did a fantastic job. Really happy with my experience.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

did an outstanding job.
2 men came to help and did an outstanding job. I book for the late afternoon so i knew they were gonna be tired from the morning move. The still did a great job - I pre-labeled everything with color post-its for each room and they just put everything where it was suppose to be. They wrapped up all fragile furniture and made sure that nothing would get damaged. They had to move things down a flight or stairs and then back up a flight. Make sure to have some bottle waters for them in the fridge as your cups will be packed.

Every call, text, and email was answered promptly. No waiting, no confusion—just clear, kind communication. From quote to final box, it felt like I had a real partner. The team showed up on time, ready to go. They checked in throughout the day, asking for preferences. It was such a thoughtful way to do business. I felt respected the entire time.

Very hardworking
The relocation included transporting a large fish tank and all the accessories. The movers handled the tank carefully, ensuring it was securely packed and positioned upright. Their expertise ensured no damage, and everything arrived safely.

They are cheap and highly suggested.
The movers, however, tackled each piece with determination and a can-do attitude. These movers were lifesavers during a last-minute move.
