Moving day used to scare me—but NOT THIS TIME! The CREW made sure every item was packed tightly and transported safely. No scratches, no delays, no stress! They even helped place the rugs. Truly a CLASS ACT from start to finish.
Our experience with X Van Lines LLC was nothing but the best. We shopped price over the phone & found them to be very competitive. The estimate given was very accurate. The two men assigned to us worked consistently & were very professional. On top of that they were complete gentlemen & were quality people. They are the kind of men that you had no worries about having them around my family. Good men. Good company. Very good experience for our family.
Dimas, Josh, and Alonzo helped me move all my belongings from my storage unit to a two bedroom apartment! I had to call them very last minute because of a sticky situation and they were right there to help the next morning! They got everything done for me in two hours and were very kind and helpful the whole way through, would definitely recommend:)
Managing a large move was daunting, but X Van Lines made it feel effortless. Their team mapped out a clear plan from the start. Delicate antiques were given special care without being reminded. Heavy lifting was done safely and quickly. They kept me updated without me needing to chase them. It all ran smoother than I hoped!
DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,
Moving to a new city was stressful, but these movers made it so much easier! They loaded everything efficiently, secured my belongings properly, and delivered on time! No missing boxes, no damaged furniture—just perfect service from start to finish! I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism!
Adrian Marco and Javier were on time and communicated well with us.. they took time in protecting our furniture and transported it with care! They were conscientious of time, but did not hurry to complete the job haphazardly! I recommend this team of individuals for anyone to use in their move, and if I have more items, I will be requesting them by name! Thanks guys!!
What stood out most was the care and respect they showed for both my property and the building itself. There was zero damage — not a scratch on my furniture, walls, or floors. Every item was handled as if it were their own. Their teamwork and communication were smooth, and they clearly knew how to navigate the logistics of an in-building move flawlessly. It was a stress-free move, and I highly appreciate that! Professionalism like this is rare — they truly delivered above and beyond!
I am so glad I chose X Van Lines LLC for my move to a third floor apartment. Ruby was super helpful with quoting and scheduling, especially with uncertainty due to the recent hurricanes. The movers came on-time and were super fast. I usually move everything myself, but they are so worth the cost for the ease of moving (especially moving to an upstairs apartment)!!
