I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.
Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!
They moved everything into my storage unit with precision. I thought it’d never fit, but they organized it like a game of Tetris. They saved me from having to rent a second unit! I was beyond grateful. Truly a skilled and thoughtful team.
X Van Lines LLC made for my move easy and stress-free. What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. The team showed up on time, they wrapped and protected all my furniture and fragile items properly and had all supplies needed. The movers were polite, hard‑working, and really knew how to handle tricky items (like my large bookshelf and my epoxy patio set). Everything was unloaded and placed where I requested.
The movers expertly handled the relocation of a large aquarium, taking care to drain and pack it safely. They transported the tank and accessories with extra caution. At the new location, they reassembled the setup perfectly, and everything was ready for use.
They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.

AMAZING! I called a few days ago to set up a move for some last-minute furniture I was offered. Everyone from Ariana and Josh in the office, to Daniel checking in with me during the delivery were FANTASTIC. I have worked for 15 years in customer service and was so impressed and pleased with hiring this company. Cody C., Frank and Anthony were in communication with me the entire morning, they were polite, prompt, efficient and so kind. They moved every piece carefully and you could tell they cared about how they handled it and placed it inside my home.
