They moved everything into my storage unit with precision. I thought it’d never fit, but they organized it like a game of Tetris. They saved me from having to rent a second unit! I was beyond grateful. Truly a skilled and thoughtful team.
Scheduling was easy and communication leading up to the move was consistent. Walkthroughs were done without delays. SO PROFESSIONAL it honestly surprised me. Crew members wore gloves, used floor protection, and stayed focused. Even helped move a heavy old safe. Absolute five-star service. Everything done right.
We moved from a place where there was road construction nearby that made it difficult to access. In order to get our belongings out securely, the movers worked with the construction team to set up a temporary access route. When we thought the transfer would be difficult, their willingness to adjust to the circumstances and find solutions made it possible.
They arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. From the moment they stepped in, their professionalism and attention to detail were clear. They handled all of my belongings with great care, wrapping and loading everything efficiently and securely. What an outstanding moving experience! The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. Everything was packed and loaded with great efficiency and precision. My furniture was wrapped carefully, preventing any damage. Even my fragile belongings made it to the new home without a scratch. They managed to finish the job quicker than I had expected. The entire crew was friendly and professional throughout. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere

They sent four hardworking movers and a big truck, and even though we had way more stuff than expected (it ended up taking two trips), they handled everything professionally and with great care. The team stayed positive, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable.
