The crew noticed my bookshelf was loose and fixed the hinges on the spot before loading it. I didn’t even know it was broken. That level of observation and initiative made a huge difference. Most movers would’ve just hauled it without a second thought. These guys treated every piece like their own.
These guys are fast,careful,and considerate . I left them alone for 5 minutes,and everything was cleared quickly,on time,and transported safely . The whole felcon crew,RJ handled all my questions and concerns . I’ve never had a moving team before,but I would choose this one everytime . I will be recommending RJ,and his crew to everytime .

This crew worked tirelessly and with such determination that they completed the entire move under the low end of the estimated cost—something I did not expect given my high standards. We have never used a moving company but from the first call to our completed move X Van Lines LLC was simply first class. Brandon, Cody and Brett took special care of everything they touched. They took the extra time to place every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. Always on time and great communication every step of the way. You will be glad you used them!!!
Z Moving worked fast without cutting corners. Their eco-friendly supplies were a bonus. Everything was reusable or recyclable. I really appreciated that. Top to bottom, it was a clean, GREEN move. Loved it!
The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The movers were prompt, the customer service is professional and extremely helpful. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, Graceful Moves lived up to their name, and I’m truly glad I chose them. Highly recommended!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
