They disassembled large pieces of furniture and carefully packed everything. The move was done efficiently, and there was no damage. Their help made the process smooth, and it was a stress-free transition.
Fantastic service! The team was on time, efficient, helpful, kind, and enjoyable to work with. They look an hour less time than I thought, brought their own tools and helped me take things out of the walls, hooked up my washer for me, asked me to confirm where everything goes, and nothing ended up broken. I am a single lady and I also really appreciated that no one made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone was friendly, conversational, and had a great attitude the whole move.
They were respectful of all the items, even helping prep or fill boxes once the bigger items were done and always smiling and happily keeping a positive attitude with us despite the nearly 100 degree afternoon heat. I couldn’t have asked for better service or movers and I’m so grateful for their willingness to step up & help us out on their day off! Very much appreciated for everyone who helped us make our last minute move possible. By the way - very fair pricing too which is just icing on the cake in a pinch!!
Scheduling was easy and communication leading up to the move was consistent. Walkthroughs were done without delays. SO PROFESSIONAL it honestly surprised me. Crew members wore gloves, used floor protection, and stayed focused. Even helped move a heavy old safe. Absolute five-star service. Everything done right.
The team from Professional Movers was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! They arrived on time and handled everything with the utmost care! They packed every single item securely and labeled the boxes properly! Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
I used X Van Lines LLC to go from one second story apartment to another. I had never hired movers before and Chris, Ralph, and Robert were great. They made the process SO easy, helped me with things I didn’t even expect them to, and handled all of my things with care. They were professional, kind, and got the whole move done in great time! Not to mention, right before they showed up, they were literal heroes who saved a child who was kidnapped. Amazing men. 100/10 I would recommend using this company for your move.
Don is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and patiently walks you through the logistics and paperwork. The movers took great care in ensuring all of my belongings were packaged well, and everything was delivered in perfect condition. This is the best experience I have had with a moving company, and I've moved a LOT. Don't waste your time shopping around for another moving company--X Van Lines LLC are it.
