On moving day, the crew arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early!), fully equipped and ready to go. They were incredibly professional, polite, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They wrapped, packed, and loaded everything quickly but thoughtfully. Not a single scratch or ding in sight. What really stood out was their positive attitude. Even in the summer heat and with a few tricky staircases to navigate, the team stayed upbeat and energetic. They truly went above and beyond — even helping us reassemble furniture in our new place and making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises. For the level of service we received, it was worth every penny. Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!

The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
The movers, however, tackled each piece with determination and a can-do attitude. These movers were lifesavers during a last-minute move.
A sudden relocation meant a quick turnaround, but this moving company handled it seamlessly. They were accommodating and flexible with my tight schedule. The team worked with impressive speed while maintaining care for my belongings. Their thoroughness in packing fragile items was reassuring. Once we arrived, they quickly unloaded and set everything up as requested. I felt supported throughout the entire process, making the transition easier than expected. Highly recommend for any urgent moves!
