Our experience moving was so easy and lovely thanks to Happy Home Moving. We used this company in the past and had a fantastic experience. This time was somehow even better (despite all the stairs and corners our movers had to work with). We would definitely recommend using their services!!! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Returning from a long travel stint necessitated a move, and the team was fantastic. They quickly unpacked and organized belongings, making the transition smooth. Their friendly attitude made the whole day enjoyable despite the challenges. Heartfelt thanks for their commitment to exceptional service.
I’ve worked with movers before, but never like this. They handled my fragile antiques and large furniture with precision. They moved quickly without rushing anything. The truck was packed so efficiently, not even a rattle on the road. No issues with timing or setup. This company knows what they’re doing.
X Van Lines LLC team was absolutely awesome! They made the whole process so easy and hassle free. They were prompt, courteous, respectful and did a fantastic job with the move. Not a single item was damaged. They’re very reasonably priced and didn’t charge a penny over the quote they gave me. Overall such a pleasant experience!

Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
Moving day used to scare me—but NOT THIS TIME! The CREW made sure every item was packed tightly and transported safely. No scratches, no delays, no stress! They even helped place the rugs. Truly a CLASS ACT from start to finish.
X Van Lines LLC did a great job moving our antique bar in anticipation of an upcoming flooring installation! The crew was knowledgeable, professional and extremely careful with this century old antique from Paris. They sized it up, listened to the disassembly information I had, and carefully removed and wrapped each piece for short term storage! I look forward to their return to re-assemble the piece on our new floor. X Van Lines LLC returned today to re-assemble our antique bar. As with the disassembly they were meticulous in assembling this fragile piece. I would highly recommend them for your next move!
