My cross-borough move was exceptionally smooth! Josh the foreman and the other mover were great - they were quick, adaptable, careful, and kept all the items in great condition. Couldn't have asked for a simpler move. X Van Lines LLC was also very flexible regarding dates and times, which I appreciated.
We had a move last week. three very competent men showed up and did a very good job. We had no damage and the move was completed in one day. Plus they were very friendly and helpful. They even went out of the way to get my elliptical exercise machine up some very difficult stairs. Was greatly appreciated. I hired X Van Lines LLC for my move to a downsized new townhouse here in Lexington. Robbie and Alex H. showed up at the scheduled time and went straight to work. They were both incredibly efficient, professional, and courteous throughout the entire move. They handled my belongings with care, and placed/moved things as requested. Their professionalism and friendliness made what can be a stressful event much less stressful. I would definitely hire X Van Lines LLC again based on this experience.
I have never had a better moving experience than with X Van Lines LLC. Their whole team (office to ground) is so organized, attentive, and anticipates needs before you even realize. They offer a bunch of white glove services, inclusive of packing, disposing/donating unwanted items, carpentry, etc. Could not recommend them enough!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
We had a quick turnaround commercial job that we had to manage remotely. The team did a fantastic job and our client was extremely happy with the outcome. George did a fantastic job setting everything up for success and Robert the onsite Team Lead made sure everything was executed flawlessly—the team worked hard! They were on time and communication with us was on point! Again, highly recommend!
We relocated to be closer to public transportation, and the movers made the transition easy. They efficiently packed our apartment and moved everything to our new home near the subway. I was impressed by how they handled the congested streets and bustling neighborhood. They were swift, careful, and unloaded everything without difficulty. Moving into a crowded metropolis has never been easier!
