The owner was very accommodating. His team was hard working and friendly. They packed every inch like the game Tetris which gave us extra room in the storage than expected. We will 100% use this moving company from now on.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
X Van Lines saved us when another company ghosted. I called in a panic, and they were at our door the next morning. No guilt trips, no eye rolls. Just solid work and kindness. Everything moved on time and intact. What started as a nightmare turned into a blessing. HEROES!

Used last week for my son’s move. Cody was great to work with while setting up the move and answering our questions. Anthony and Chris did a fantastic job getting the items loaded, transported and unloaded for us. Absolutely the best movers in the area. From start to finish, the team showed real professionalism and confidence. On pack-up day, the crew worked efficiently and clearly knew exactly how to handle every part of the process, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. When I arrived at my new home, every box and piece of glass was in perfect condition—not a single item damaged. Their care, communication, and skill made the entire move far less stressful, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I am so glad I chose X Van Lines LLC for my move to a third floor apartment. Ruby was super helpful with quoting and scheduling, especially with uncertainty due to the recent hurricanes. The movers came on-time and were super fast. I usually move everything myself, but they are so worth the cost for the ease of moving (especially moving to an upstairs apartment)!!
