Steady pace and calm energy
I didn’t expect moving day to be this smooth. The team arrived early and got straight to work. They handled everything from heavy furniture to small boxes with equal care. Their coordination was impressive—no missteps at all. I appreciated the steady pace and calm energy. They were done faster than expected. I’ll be recommending them to friends.

I have never had a better moving experience
I have never had a better moving experience than with X Van Lines LLC. Their whole team (office to ground) is so organized, attentive, and anticipates needs before you even realize. They offer a bunch of white glove services, inclusive of packing, disposing/donating unwanted items, carpentry, etc. Could not recommend them enough!

Fantastic work!
Truly IMPRESSIVE movers! My workout equipment was packed and moved without a hitch. The crew was positive and helpful the entire time. They worked together so well. Communication was clear and timely. Delivery was smooth and organized. Fantastic work!

Highly recommend these guys.
Today Chris, Richard, Luis , Ivan and Martin helped Any Hour Services move out of our 5000 square-foot building into our new 20,000 square-foot building. These guys were awesome professionals and hard workers. They were nonstop. All of them were very respectful. Martin made the experience a positive and fun one. Highly recommend these guys.

Moving to a new city was stressful, but these movers made it so much easier! They loaded everything efficiently, secured my belongings properly, and delivered on time! No missing boxes, no damaged furniture—just perfect service from start to finish! I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism!

I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

The movers took great
Don is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and patiently walks you through the logistics and paperwork. The movers took great care in ensuring all of my belongings were packaged well, and everything was delivered in perfect condition. This is the best experience I have had with a moving company, and I've moved a LOT. Don't waste your time shopping around for another moving company--X Van Lines LLC are it.

Worst Movers Ever
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.

Really friendly and polite crew
You can tell right away this team is well-trained. They arrived on time, confirmed details with me, and then got to work. Everything was done with intention, not just speed. I had some fragile artwork and delicate lamps—handled perfectly. No scuffs, no chips. They were also really friendly and polite, which made the day feel lighter.
