I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
They arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. From the moment they stepped in, their professionalism and attention to detail were clear. They handled all of my belongings with great care, wrapping and loading everything efficiently and securely. Great experience. Was moving from Atlanta to Houston, and had a tight schedule where I needed my things picked up at a date/time, and dropped off in a certain amount of time. I looked into a couple of national companies, but they always had a variable schedule for pickup and drop off. This company packed up all my stuff the day before, picked it up the next morning, and had it in Houston the next day. Steve and Allen worked their butts off, as you can see from the sweat in the picture, and did a fantastic job. Really happy with my experience.
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!
They scheduled my delivery time for the next day and they were off. This delivery was from NJ to GA. They showed up the next day with a two man team and unpacked my items quickly and efficiently. I would recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone! Faruq and Izzy were great!
The team was incredible the day of the move, meticulous in their work and very personable. I also really appreciate the upfront transparent pricing and the tagging and tracking of all items throughout the process. A+ happy to recommend.
The morning started hectic, but X Van Lines instantly brought calm to the situation. They packed the last few items I hadn’t gotten to, wrapped every chair and table, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. It felt less like hiring strangers and more like having friends help me out.
Our experience with X Van Lines LLC was nothing but the best. We shopped price over the phone & found them to be very competitive. The estimate given was very accurate. The two men assigned to us worked consistently & were very professional. On top of that they were complete gentlemen & were quality people. They are the kind of men that you had no worries about having them around my family. Good men. Good company. Very good experience for our family.
