Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!

This was the best moving company I’ve ever hired! My move was efficient, perfectly administered, and handled with care. The gentlemen even wrapped my items like my white dresser, couch, and bed to ensure no damage or scuffing occurs! The disassemble & assemble your items as needed as well. The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
The service we received was better than I could have ever imagined it would be. We’ve already recommended them to other people. They were the nicest group of guys. They were punctual to both pick up locations. It was amazing to watch them work together as a team. The crew was jolly and truly came across that they were there to help because they wanted to not because they were earning a pay check. Not one thing was lost or broken. When they left it felt like friends were leaving not a crew that was hired. When we move again in about a year we will definitely call X Van Lines LLC and request the same crew.

They worked safely with large items as well as taking care with our new floors and anything fragile. We would highly recommend these movers and appreciate their positive attitudes and hard work.
I called X Van Lines after my original movers bailed, and they picked up like it was no big deal. They squeezed me in for the next day and showed up early with all the gear. These guys worked fast but were super careful with every item. They wrapped furniture I forgot to prep and packed the truck like puzzle masters. I expected stress, but they kept it cool and upbeat. Felt like they had my back the whole time. Seriously grateful for the rescue.
