X Van Lines saved me last minute when the company I booked just didn't respond. They came at a day notice and had even offered storage until I find a new place. I MUST share my experience dealing with X Van Lines LLC . Not only was each mover/packer exceptional, the materials used were impressive. These aren’t cheap boxes ladies/gents! I dealt a lot with the CEO, Sharon who is one outstanding individual. He is a honest, caring and one fantastic man which I have had the pleasure of meeting. He took care of the move of my mom from MD to NC, and assisted with the move from one NC house to another. His pricing was more than fair, his trucks clean with their insignia clearly marked along with each packet/mover with the insignia marked on their shirts. The furniture was blanketed and wrapped to cause no damage, grandfather clock dismantled and packed so carefully. The movers/packers were MORE than gracious when shifting around furniture/boxes. If you’re looking to move, I can HONESTLY say without ANY reservations, contact X Van Lines LLC. You will NOT be disappointed! I am SO impressed! Moving is stressful enough, but they honestly do take care of your possessions. I seriously could go on and on about how wonderful this move was! Thank you for your time!
They were fantastic. They got everything loaded up that I had asked for initially plus some, and everything unloaded and my desks that had to be taken apart put back together in ~4 hours. It was so worth not dealing with the hassle of finding a truck and then lifting all of the heavy stuff ourselves. Plus they were so careful with the expensive pieces and everything made it though the move without being damaged.
Moving to a rural farmhouse with tricky dirt roads was no issue for this team. They handled the terrain and delivered everything safely, including farm equipment. Great service for rural and remote area moves.
What stood out to me most was how communicative the movers were. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even the heaviest furniture was moved without complaint or damage. They seemed to take pride in their work, which I respected. Everything was unloaded in an organized way. It was a five-star service from start to finish.
The owner was very accommodating. His team was hard working and friendly. They packed every inch like the game Tetris which gave us extra room in the storage than expected. We will 100% use this moving company from now on.
I was relocating my home office and worried about my tech setup. They asked which cables needed special care. My monitors, printers, and speakers were wrapped individually. Each cord went into a labeled bag. I didn’t lose a single adapter. Everything worked right after the move. That kind of accuracy deserves real credit. I could start work immediately.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Moved my mom from Selah to Springdale. Was very professional, respectful and patient. Took care of treating valuables with extra care. All her items that were very important were handled with extra care. All items made it to the destination in perfect condition and in timely manner. We highly value and recommend this company to everyone.
