Gordon and Cathy made me feel at ease and had my full trust with moving our belongings to storage for 2+ months and then moving them to our new home. Moving is stressful but each step of the way they made me feel calm and taken care of. The moving crews were friendly and efficient. They worked hard while also connecting with us as their clients. They were sweet to my young children and thorough in the details of their work.
They had a team of 5 movers working on my 2-bedroom apartment, and the entire process felt incredibly organized from start to finish. They disassembled all of my furniture, carefully packed my fragile items, and moved everything seamlessly into my new place.
Their follow up calls and process in general left no room for error! Their furniture donation was also very helpful! My husband and I were so grateful to have the help and we were genuinely impressed! We will definitely recommend to friends in the area!
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
