They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. We had a move last week. three very competent men showed up and did a very good job. We had no damage and the move was completed in one day. Plus they were very friendly and helpful. They even went out of the way to get my elliptical exercise machine up some very difficult stairs. Was greatly appreciated. they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)
There aren't any hidden expenses or holding our items as leverage to get more, and he was a man of his word. When they unloaded the truck, they asked where we wanted the furniture pieces, and they assembled our bed and mattress, which was awesome after a long day. The crew were professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was top tier. Movers handled the furniture with care and wrapped each piece individually for safe travel. Very friendly and accommodating. Upon delivery they continued handling furniture with care and exceeded my expectations by putting all the furniture back together in the rooms that we designated.
The movers, however, tackled each piece with determination and a can-do attitude. These movers were lifesavers during a last-minute move.
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
This move was my first with a professional crew, and WOW—I’ll never go back. The guys were courteous, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They asked me where I wanted everything and didn’t leave until I was happy. That level of care is unmatched. Truly five-star service.
