Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.

crew were EXCELLENT!! Great communication. Mike loaded up the items from my storage unit in Florida and brought them to me in NC! He provided photo/videos of anything damaged by previous movers, tracking, and timely arrival. X Van Lines LLC lived up to their reputation

X Van Lines LLC lived up to their reputation. I was really pleased with the care they took in protecting our belongings, especially glass-topped dressers and other fragile items. They put cardboard over these, and then protective wrapping. They also were efficient and friendly. I don't know if there were cheaper options, but they got the job done for about the estimated price. I would use them again.

Horrible

Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!

Amazing service 10/10!

All three of my movers from X Van Lines LLC were professional, efficient, and a great sense of humor! I’d recommend anyone in the Dallas area to hire these movers if you’d want to have an easy time moving. They even saved me money by doing such a great job in less time that I expected. The team was exceptionally organized and moved with military-like precision. Every item was padded, packed, and placed with absolute care. They treated my antique dresser like a museum piece. will definitely use again in the future.

Arrived on time with advanced notice of arrival, movers were all professional, worked very quickly, packed/wrapped all tvs and dressers exceptionally. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved plenty in my military days. They are insured and handled everything with upmost care. I highly recommend will definitely use again in the future.

Easy moving experience!

They called in advance on the day of our move letting us know they could come slightly earlier if that worked for us which was great. When they arrived they planned out the most efficient way to offload our truck and made us feel very comfortable. They made sure to respect all of our belongings and were great for conversation along the way. Highly recommend this company and these two skilled individuals for a swift and easy moving experience!
