They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. I underestimated how much I had, but the crew didn’t blink. They quickly assessed the load and adjusted the plan. Everything fit in one truck, surprisingly. They were calm and collected the whole time. That made me feel calm, too. I’ve never seen a team work so well together. Truly a great moving day!
I can't say enough good about this company, and the three young men that moved me recently. Garrett, Andrew, and Blake did an outstanding job with care, precision, respect and timeliness, in moving my belongings for me locally in San Angelo. It was obvious to me from the very beginning that they had respect for my property and for Me as a person. The company Name is X Van Lines LLC... and let me tell you they are. I hope I never move again. But if I do I will look no further. They are the only way to go, hands down! Thank you, Denise and company for making my would be nightmare a dream come true.
This was our first time hiring movers! 10/10 recommend hiring movers and X Van Lines LLC is the best! I called so many different moving companies, thunder moving was the best price and their team was amazing! We had Brandon and Leo, they were quick and hard workers! They loaded the truck with great work! They asked questions to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and did everything with a smile on their faces even in the brutal heat! We loved the team we had! Thank you guys for your incredible hard work! I hope to never move again but if I do, X Van Lines LLC is who I will call!
Moving can be stressful, but these pros made it easier. The packing service was thorough, and the move went faster than expected. Highly efficient team.
Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!
