The guys were friendly, quick, and super careful. They made sure every box landed in the right room, making it the easiest moving day I’ve ever had.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
We have never used a moving company but from the first call to our completed move X Van Lines LLC was simply first class. Brandon, Cody and Brett took special care of everything they touched. They took the extra time to place every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. Always on time and great communication every step of the way. You will be glad you used them!!!

Recently had a long distance move to Tennessee and cant recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Worked with Tyler for planning and he was super responsive and helped us all throughout the move. Kevin helped load, drive and unload and was amazing to work with. We had gotten quotes from just about every big moving company in the area and X Van Lines LLC was the best to work with.

The associate was very friendly and understood my situation. The movers arrived at my place on our agreed upon schedule and we were able to move everything into my new place right on time. X Van Lines LLC did such a great job with our recent move! When we first scheduled the move and up until when they were confirming right before, the office was very nice and always helpful! Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew . We will definitely call again for future moves!
