The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)
We relocated to be closer to public transportation, and the movers made the transition easy. They efficiently packed our apartment and moved everything to our new home near the subway. I was impressed by how they handled the congested streets and bustling neighborhood. They were swift, careful, and unloaded everything without difficulty. Moving into a crowded metropolis has never been easier!
2 men came to help and did an outstanding job. I book for the late afternoon so i knew they were gonna be tired from the morning move. The still did a great job - I pre-labeled everything with color post-its for each room and they just put everything where it was suppose to be. They wrapped up all fragile furniture and made sure that nothing would get damaged. They had to move things down a flight or stairs and then back up a flight. Make sure to have some bottle waters for them in the fridge as your cups will be packed.

Their follow up calls and process in general left no room for error! Their furniture donation was also very helpful! My husband and I were so grateful to have the help and we were genuinely impressed! We will definitely recommend to friends in the area!
