Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!
They were so friendly and helpful! Every request I made was handled with care, and they truly made my move stress-free! Would definitely hire them again!
The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do X Van Lines LLC will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. Moving to a rural farmhouse with tricky dirt roads was no issue for this team. They handled the terrain and delivered everything safely, including farm equipment. Great service for rural and remote area moves.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
They were professional, efficient, and friendly, even after working non-stop for 7 hours. These guys are extremely hard workers. They went above and beyond by getting creative when we realized my bed frame wouldn't fit through the stairs case. They moved a ton of furniture from a 4 bedroom house and everything arrived in one piece. I would highly recommend, and will hire them again!
We are so thankful for the two men who moved us today, Jake and Levi! My husband and I both have had a stressful move, this was the final step of our process so we appreciate these awesome respectful and kind guys. Three flights of stairs is no joke when moving, and they didn’t scratch or damage a thing. Thank you two so much!

Getting a quote and booking was super easy. Alex, Ethan, and Marquis did a fantastic job! They arrived at start of arrival window and called on their way. They were friendly and super efficient. All boxes and items handled with care. They used roll out mats to keep things clean and prevent scratches. Overall very happy with price and service, we would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC. We will use them again for any future moves.
