My experience with this crew was fantastic. They didn’t just show up and toss things around—they had a system. Boxes were stacked carefully, and fragile items were separated. Every request I had was met with a smile. Moving can be tough, but they made it feel light. I’d recommend them to anyone.
The team was incredible the day of the move, meticulous in their work and very personable. I also really appreciate the upfront transparent pricing and the tagging and tracking of all items throughout the process. A+ happy to recommend.
The moving team arrived right on time and were just as friendly and professional as David. They took great care wrapping all of our expensive furniture, which gave us total peace of mind that everything would arrive safely. Once we got to our new home, they reassembled everything quickly and made the entire process feel effortless.
Their pricing is extremely fair for the quality of work they do. I had several items moved by them last week and everything went absolutely perfect! They let me know an hour before they were going to arrive and got it done way faster than I expected. Travis and Roddy were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend these guys!!

Hans provided reassurance by communicating everything from start to finish including a breakdown of the bill. Hans and Angelo were both efficient and careful when moving my items. All items made it to my new home without any issues!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
crew helped us move out of our one bedroom to our new two bedroom apartment. They were both personable and communicative when it came to moving everything. They were also careful with our belongings while moving efficiently. We highly recommend X Van Lines LLC when it comes to moving and will be sure to use them for future moves, due to Alex and Bobby’s enthusiasm and kindness. Lastly, Erin the organizer of the move, was terrific with her approach to scheduling the move. She helped us get the best price while being open-minded competing with other businesses quotes we gathered!

Anthony answered all of my questions and provided excellent administrative and logistic support, while Matt and his team did a fantastic job moving all of my belongings into storage. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, hard-working and efficient. I highly recommend their services!
X Van Lines LLC is outstanding! I booked a senior move for my mom who was downsizing from a house to a senior's apartment which was a stressful time for her. From start to finish, Mom and I were both so impressed with the service. Starting with Graham providing us with an estimate and walking us through the process of what to expect, to the confirmation of details the day before, down to the day of the move - the entire process went smoothly and couldn't have been any better. Many, many thanks to Nolan and his crew. They were professional, friendly, patient and oh-so-helpful with my Mom. They were incredibly efficient and moved not only my my Mom's items but items from her house to my place including a jukebox and grandfather clock - no small feat!
