When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
It's not easy to find movers who can react quickly and professionally to your needs, but I had a great experience with this crew. They were able to schedule my move in a short timeframe, they showed up on time, and they did a fine job packing. The actual move to a storage facility was smooth too. I even had a piano and a heavy marble top in the mix, which was no problem.
Great experience. Was moving from Atlanta to Houston, and had a tight schedule where I needed my things picked up at a date/time, and dropped off in a certain amount of time. I looked into a couple of national companies, but they always had a variable schedule for pickup and drop off. This company packed up all my stuff the day before, picked it up the next morning, and had it in Houston the next day. Steve and Allen worked their butts off, as you can see from the sweat in the picture, and did a fantastic job. Really happy with my experience.

I've moved 16 plus times and I have to say this was my best experience I've ever had with a moving company. Everything was seamless from the video quote to the guys saying goodbye. Movers were helpful, friendly, professional, and respectful. I moved my fiance from a 2nd floor walk up in NYC to Rockland County. I got a call 30 min before arrival. They did a walkthru to confirm everything. They also took the time to point out this we might have overlooked or didn't notice. If I every had to move again their wouldn't be any hesitation to call them again.
