The guys were quick and professional. This was the first time I hired movers and they made the experience easy and less stressful. I'll definitely use their service and recommend them to friends and family.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
X Van Lines LLC team was absolutely awesome! They made the whole process so easy and hassle free. They were prompt, courteous, respectful and did a fantastic job with the move. Not a single item was damaged. They’re very reasonably priced and didn’t charge a penny over the quote they gave me. Overall such a pleasant experience!
They were very attentive to our belongings, very respectful, and it was obvious that they love working together! I truly don’t have a negative thing to say! They were on time, wrapped anything that needed to be protected, and took so many trips up and down stairs to get everything where it needed to be. They helped us reassemble our bed with no hesitation, and even helped us place heavy curb ramps on the driveway.
Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. He made it clear that taking excellent care of both us as his customers, and his crew of employees was his priority. When X Van Lines LLC say "we'll get this done for you" they mean every word!
We have never used a moving company but from the first call to our completed move X Van Lines LLC was simply first class. Brandon, Cody and Brett took special care of everything they touched. They took the extra time to place every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. Always on time and great communication every step of the way. You will be glad you used them!!!
Z Moving worked fast without cutting corners. Their eco-friendly supplies were a bonus. Everything was reusable or recyclable. I really appreciated that. Top to bottom, it was a clean, GREEN move. Loved it!
X Van Lines LLC were friendly, timely, communicative, and did an excellent job moving some heavy and unwieldy pieces of furniture through the narrow corridors of my home. Nothing damaged and I was very happy with the care shown to my home and items.

The truck was packed so efficiently, not even a rattle on the road. No issues with timing or setup. This company knows what they’re doing.
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! Definitely recommend and use again! Thank you!
